Union Lake Veterinary Hospital is open seven days a week and we’re open late until 8 pm Monday through Friday for urgent care appointments. We try to see urgent care patients on the same day. Please call 248-363-1508 to book an urgent care visit (vs walking in).

If we have a same-day appointment opening, we will schedule you. If we are fully booked, there will be a fee for us to work on your same-day urgent care visit. Urgent care visits treat only the presenting minor emergency issue.

Our hospital is well-equipped to handle minor pet emergencies with the same care and compassion we provide all of our animal patients. Equipped with the latest veterinary medical technology and staffed with trained people, including experienced veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians, we are prepared to provide the urgent care your pet requires.

With our digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and EKG equipment, we can quickly evaluate your pet for signs of injury or disease, while our in-house laboratory can process blood and urine tests quickly.

If your pet’s health requires round-the-clock care or requires critical care, we may refer you to an animal emergency hospital. Your pet’s health and well-being are important to us, so we strive to provide your pet with the highest quality care possible.
